Competition cases

In the competition field, in order to make the most efficient use of available resources, the Authority will normally give priority to individual cases which are of particular significance to the proper functioning of the EEA Agreement. That may include cases where anti-competitive behaviour appears manifest, cases which raise a new point of law and cases concerning the possibilities for firms from other EEA States to access relevant markets in the EFTA States.

An overview of cases dealth with by the Authority prior to 2008 can be found in the Authority's annual reports.
