Implementation of EEA directives by the EFTA States - Relaunch of the Authority's Implementation Status Database
- Have the EFTA States implemented the Directive on transport of dangerous goods by road?
- Have the EFTA States been granted derogations or a transition period with regard to certain EEA directives?
- Which national legislation implements the Directive on electronic money institutions in each of the three EFTA States?
These are some of the questions to which you may find the answers in the EFTA Surveillance Authority's revised Implementation Status Database. The Database, which is updated daily, now allows for searches concerning the status of implementation of EEA directives by the EFTA States.
The Implementation Status Database contains all directives referred to in the annexes to the EEA Agreement with a compliance date on or before today’s date. The Database provides information concerning the status of implementation of these directives as notified to the Authority by the EFTA States. The titles of the national measures adopted by the EFTA States in order to comply with their obligation to implement such directives are also provided.
