EN | NO | IS | DE

Interested in carrying out a study on private enforcement of state aid rules by national courts in Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway? Submit your application by 6 March 2019.

The EEA Agreement entered into force 25 years ago, and for the first time, the EFTA Surveillance Authority, ESA, is initiating such a study. The aim is to provide an overview of private enforcement of the state aid rules by the national courts of Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway.

The study will review state aid related cases brought before national courts and analyse what problems such cases raise for private enforcement of state aid rules, as well as look at ways to improve cooperation between courts and ESA.

ESA will select one or more parties to carry out the study in Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
