How to complain
To lodge a complaint, a standard complaint form should be sent to the Authority. The Authority will then examine whether the matter in question constitutes state aid covered by Article 61 of the EEA Agreement, which should have been notified to the Authority for approval.
Language
Individuals and economic operators are entitled to address the Authority in any of the official languages of the EFTA States or of the EU. However, the use of languages other than English may delay the handling of a complaint.
Complaint concerning aid not previously notified to the Authority
If a complaint concerns un-notified aid, the Authority will inform the complainants of their rights before national courts where they may be able to prevent the aid from being granted until the Authority has concluded its assessment.
