Electronic notifications

Notifications of proposed state aid must be submitted to the Authority electronically by the EFTA States unless otherwise agreed between the Authority and the notifying EFTA State.

Links to the compulsory notification forms can be found in this section. The links allow the user to download the relevant form before it is uploaded and submitted to the Authority by using the electronic notification portal.
