State aid guidelines
The Authority has adopted guidelines on the interpretation of Article 61 EEA. The guidelines codify the approach that will be taken by the Authority in assessing state aid cases. The guidelines are broadly equivalent to the corresponding guidelines, communications and notices adopted by the Commission.

The State Aid Guidelines provided on the Authority's website are a consolidated version of the Authority's official State Aid Guidelines. The Authority cannot guarantee that the online version exactly reproduces the officially adopted text. Occasionally, cross-references between the different chapters of the Guidelines may no longer be relevant, following amendments or deletions of chapters.
