EFTAs overv\u00e5kningsorgan ESA godkjente i dag st\u00f8tte til<\/span> Midtfjellet Vindkraft AS<\/span> for produksjon av vindkraft i<\/span> Midtfjellet<\/span> vindpark i Fitjar i Hordaland.<\/span> Selskapet<\/span> vil motta NOK 346.5 millioner.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
\nAnleggets planlagte effekt p\u00e5 52,5 MW vil kunne dekke str\u00f8mforbruket til omlag 8.000 husholdninger. St\u00f8tten gis fra den norske energifondordningen, Enova.[1]<\/a><\/p>\n\nI februar 2011 ble tildelingen notifisert til ESA p\u00e5 grunn av det h\u00f8ye st\u00f8ttebel\u00f8pet. Den har v\u00e6rt gjenstand for en detaljert vurdering i tr\u00e5d med ESAs retningslinjer for statsst\u00f8tte til milj\u00f8vern. Retningslinjene tillater at staten st\u00f8tter milj\u00f8tiltak hvor den milj\u00f8messige gevinsten av statsst\u00f8tten er st\u00f8rre enn den potensielle konkurransevridningen. S\u00e6rlig kan st\u00f8tte gis til prosjekter for produksjon av fornybar energi, for \u00e5 kompensere for h\u00f8ye investeringskostnader.<\/p>\n\n
ESA har i denne saken kommet til at den positive effekten av \u00f8kt produksjon av fornybar energi veier tyngre enn den begrensede negative effekten av statst\u00f8tten p\u00e5 markedet. St\u00f8tten er begrenset til det som er n\u00f8dvendig for \u00e5 utl\u00f8se investeringen i vindparken. Uten statsst\u00f8tte ville prosjektet ikke bli realisert. Fordi markedsandelen til<\/span> Midtfjellet Vindkraft AS<\/span> er sv\u00e6rt liten, vil statsst\u00f8tten ikke endre konkurranseforholdene i markedet vesentlig.<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/strong><\/p>\n\nFor ytterligere informasjon, vennligst kontakt<\/p>\n\n
